The SMS Printer is supplied pre configured and ready to go out of the box. However a number of advanced options are available which can be configured by opening up the unit, connecting a programming cable and running the SMS configuration utility [Download]. Note this is only recommended for systems integrators, for end user purchases we can supply pre configure units.
Note: The Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 is required to run the configuration utility. If you do not already have it installed, download it from the link above or via Microsoft update prior to running the configuration utility.
Configuration Options
- GSM Band - 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 (Europe, USA, Asia).
- SIM Pin (if the SIM card being used requires a Pin No to operate).
- SMS Telephone number to send print confirmation messages to.
